The medium is a perfect blend of spice and flavor. Not too overbearing it's just right. The sandwich was amazing. The mac & cheese was amazing. The cookie ice cream sandwich was top-notch. I was very impressed with the food. I will definitely make Cook shack part of my rotation whenever I see them. The customer service was simply the best.
