During the years I owned a cafรฉ and gourmet-to-go, we made these rich, decadent "Sin" bars. The peanut butter base topped with a silky smooth chocolate ganache made these treats extra special.

Then I bake a batch just for me and snack on them out of the fridge until I get a sugar headache.
