That being said, the end crust is definitely crispier than Papa John's plain hand-tossed and is more enjoyable. It seems like the oil from the Garlic Sauce and the cheese toasting give it that added crunch. Flavor-wise, the garlic flavor is light (there's always the included Garlic Sauce for dipping) but the parmesan flavor is fairly pronounced.
