Parmesan Herb Panko Crusted Flounder

1 1/2 lbs flounder fillets, or use other thin white fish fillets; 2 Tbsp. butter; 1/2 cup bread crumbs or panko (use wheat/gluten-free,if needed) 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese; 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil; 1/2 lemon juice only, about 2 Tbsp. 1/4 cup fresh basil thinly sliced (optional)
