step one: add sprinkles to marshmallows. Have ready a bowl of water, a paper towel, an empty bowl or plate, an open container of any color sprinkles and a piece of wax paper. Skewer a marshmallow at one of the flat ends with a toothpick. Use the toothpick to hold the marshmallow, submerge the marshmallow fully in the water quickly, and remove.

Two strawberries and two marshmallows worked well to fill the skewer. If you have smaller strawberries you may be able to fit 3 of each. Once you finish all your kabobs just place the kabobs on a tray or plate and serve. They make a great treat for a school party or Valentine's Day dinner. P.S.

If you are making "kabob" style pop, push marshmallows and jelly candies through the skewer in an alternating pattern. Draw details and designs on the marshmallows with edible markers.

Patriotic Sticks Strawberry Marshmallow Kabobs

Wash and pat dry the strawberries and grapes. Drain the oranges. Cut pineapple into 1" chunks. Thread fruit onto 12-8" skewers. Chill on a flat plate in refrigerator. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, marshmallow creme, orange rind and ginger. Serve in individual serving bowls per person as a dip with the kabobs.

Wash and hull strawberries and allow to dry. Use wooden skewers and place a strawberry, brownie, marshmallow, brownie, and finish with a strawberry. Place on sheet pan. Continue until all are made.
