I think a restaurant should focus on making fewer dishes but with higher quality. Macayo's did just that. Jose returned with chips and salsa, which we ate with abandon. The restaurant is very spacious and pretty inside. There's outdoor seating with patio misters with a water view. The chips came out warm with very good fresh salsa. I loved the chimichanga, although I thought it would have been crispier. The grande portion has a really filling amount of food. Service was quick and the prices are reasonable.
