If you mix 1 cup of heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar and whisk it for several minutes until stiff peaks form. It usually takes me about 5-8 minutes to get to the stiffness I like. I found it easiest to pipe the whipped cream onto the donut hole and then slide it onto the kabob. I also put the kabobs into red and white mini muffin cup liners.
