I used to go to a friend's cabin in Brant Lake every summer and there were always trips down to Glens Falls to go to Dirty John's. I have a recipe for the sauce that I got from the friend with said cabin and am going to make it, but was hoping to find the right dog to match it with. Unfortunately, Hatfield products are not available this far.

1/4 tsp. cinnamon. salt and pepper, to taste. Mince onion and garlic in a food processor; combine with beef and cook in a large frying pan. When meat is browned, place the mixture in a food processor until it's finely chopped. Combine the meat mixture and the remaining ingredients in a Crock-Pot; mix well and let it heat on LOW for 2 to 3 hours.
